“After literally looking for a camper van for a few years we had become overwhelmed with all the options and possibilities.

We eventually rolled up at Factory Campers one Saturday morning just to see what they had. Rich had a van ready to be picked up by a customer, he showed us around and talked to us about what we wanted. He has a great, straight forward and no nonsense approach.

A week later we were back, after our initial conversation with us we had a list of what we really wanted, we went through these and decided on a Monte Carlo conversion.

Richard then sent us a list of vans for conversion, we selected one and he arranged a test drive. Six weeks later we had our Campervan.

The whole process was a pleasure, Rich and Jo have a great eye for detail and keep you informed and updated at all stages.

Based on our experience of Factory Campers I would highly recommend them. Our van is great – we’ve had a week in Devon and a few nights in the Lake District and are looking forward to Europe next year. Oh and the diesel heater is a real luxury.”
