Staycation Boom!

 We hope everyone is staying safe and looking forward to things getting a little more like normal.

We’ve certainly been extremely busy over the last 18 months as the demand for our camper vans has been through the roof.  With the rise in popularity of staycations in the UK, many families and couples who’ve always dreamt of owning a camper van have decided that now is the right time.  Throughout lockdown we have been complying with government guidelines in the showroom and for those that prefer, we can send a video of any of our camper vans and delivery can be arrange direct to our customers door.

Due to the massive demand, there has been a UK wide shortage of quality ‘donor’ vans suitable for conversion.  We took the decision last autumn to pre order 20 brand new VW Highline SWB Transporters which are ideal ‘camper spec vans’.  These donor vans already have camper van ready features like a glazed tailgate, cab carpet and single swivel passenger seat.  They also have the full Highline specification which includes air con, cruise control, front & rear parking sensors, media system with mirror link and more.

The vans we ordered come in a range of popular metallic/pearl paint colours and are starting to arrive at our supplying dealer.  Quite a few have already been sold but we do have more available.  These vans are ready for conversion with a St Tropez conversion for £47,000 or a Monte Carlo conversion for £48,000.  Once they arrive, the camper vans can be converted and ready in about 6-8 weeks time.  You can click here to see the specifications of a St Tropez and Monte Carlo camper van.
